Four of my friends and I decided to go out to lunch today. We went to Gubanc's Pub and was it good. We were so glad that we came on Friday as they have their famous mushroom soup. We each had a bowl. YUm
I wasn't certain what's in store going to Gubancs interestingly, and I need to say I was extremely satisfied. The style is exceptionally well done, semi divided segments bring a private vibe and eliminate commotion.
The nourishment. I was a bit uncertain of what to attempt and was told everything is great, keeping in mind that is brilliant to hear I required a suggestion, which my server gave. She recorded the most famous thing in every segment and also her top picks. I strove for the Ruben as I was let it know was the most mainstream sandwitch and I can see why. It was no doubt the best Ruben I have ever had. I am not certain what precisely made it thus, but rather the blend of house made dressing, some great sauerkraut, and flawlessly toasted rye bread. I will be back for another, and to attempt different things.
Sweet was creme brûlée, it had a thicker and very much toasted top layer which was acknowledged and the serving size was bigger than I foreseen. The flavor and composition were great, with a strong vanilla flavor. One of the best I've had, and the best consistency I've had in a while.
The staff. We were situated immediately, and the entertainer was amicable. As expressed before the server was extremely useful as we didn't realize what to request. In spite of the fact that they were occupied we had a lot of consideration and the sustenance touched base about a moment after our soup and plate of mixed greens dishes were uprooted. The timing was great.
I will be back ordinarily as this was one of my best general eating encounter.
