I have nothing but good things to say about Casa del Pollo. It is in a little red building that looks like someone's outbuilding but there are places to eat outside and a small clean dining room. They have the bar-b-Q going all the time. The owner is wonderful and the food is just as delicious. I ordered the 1/2 Chicken Casa do and a side of chips w/ guacamole some beans and rice. The chicken was incredibly moist and well seasoned. Included were two types of sauces ... one greenish and similar to tabouli in taste and the other red/orange similar to mole. Both were great, although the chicken admittedly didn't need any saucing up. The rice and beans that accompanied the chicken were excellent as well. (Ususally when I order a burrito because the chicken is all dried out but not Casa del Pollo, it is moist, tender.
